The NeuroBlossom™ App
Your inner resource companion
Available in the Apple App Store.
Pause, check in with yourself, and tap into your nervous system’s capacity for change.
The NeuroBlossom™ app combines guided check-ins, stress-relief practices, reminders, and reflection tools to help you build a habit of accessing your inner resources in everyday life.
What you can do in the app:
- Check in with your current level of stress or emotional discomfort
- Use Heart-Core Centering or Emotional Handwashing
- Reflect on what may have shifted after a practice
- Add optional notes
- Review your check-in history
- Set reminders to support consistent use
Two guided practices:
Heart-Core Centering
A brief centering practice using touch, attention, and breath.
Emotional Handwashing
A hygiene practice for stress physiology.
Designed to support consistent use
You may know helpful tools, but remembering to use them in everyday life is often the harder part. The NeuroBlossom app is designed to make it easier to pause, turn inward, and engage the resources already available within you.
Built around your nervous system’s capacity for change
The app brings together ideas related to the brain, mind-body awareness, neuroplasticity, self-regulation, stress physiology, and nervous system regulation in a simple, approachable format.
The goal is to help you turn inward, engage your inner resources, and access your nervous system’s potential.
About the creator
Created by Dr. Marla Lerner-Powers, a chiropractor who has taught stress-relief approaches to her patients for more than a decade, the NeuroBlossom app grew out of a simple observation: you may know helpful tools, but remembering to use them in everyday life is often the harder part.
The app is designed to help you show up for yourself by turning your attention inward, noticing what you are experiencing, and reconnecting with resources already available within you.
