NeuroBlossom App Privacy Policy

Overview

Breakthroughs NOW LLC provides the NeuroBlossom™ app. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app. The current version of the NeuroBlossom app is designed to store your check-in information and preferences locally on your device. Breakthroughs NOW LLC does not operate user accounts or receive your locally stored check-in content through the app.

Information You Enter

You may choose to enter a preferred first name, pain or distress ratings, check-in notes, selected methods, reminder preferences, and related dates and times. The app also stores onboarding status and records showing which versions of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy were accepted, together with the acceptance time. This information is used to provide the app’s features on your device.

Local Storage

Information you enter is stored locally using storage provided by Apple’s operating system. Breakthroughs NOW LLC does not receive or have access to this locally stored information through the app. Anyone who can access your unlocked device may be able to view information displayed by the app, so you should use the security features available on your device.

Device Backups

Depending on your Apple device and backup settings, locally stored app information may be included in an iCloud or computer backup managed by you and Apple. Breakthroughs NOW LLC does not control those backups. Deleting the app or deleting information within the app may not immediately remove copies contained in an existing device backup. You can manage backups through your Apple account and device settings.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app asks Apple’s operating system for notification permission and schedules reminders on your device. Your reminder settings are stored locally. Apple controls notification permissions, delivery, and display. You can change or disable notifications in the app or in your device settings.

User-Directed Sharing and Downloads

The NeuroBlossom app may allow you to create, download, or share check-in information or other app-generated items. The app does not share these items automatically. Sharing occurs only when you intentionally select a sharing or download feature and choose the destination, recipient, or service. Before sharing, review the item carefully and make sure you are comfortable disclosing everything it contains. If you share through Messages, email, social media, cloud storage, or another third-party app or service, that third party may receive and retain the shared content and related information under its own terms and privacy practices. Breakthroughs NOW LLC does not control what you, a recipient, or a third-party service does with information after you choose to share it.

Information We Do Not Collect Through the App

The current version of the NeuroBlossom app does not require an account and does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics. Breakthroughs NOW LLC does not receive your preferred name, check-in ratings, check-in notes, selected methods, reminder schedule, legal-document acceptance record, or user-created sharing items through the app. We do not sell or share this locally stored information for targeted advertising. A disclosure that you initiate using a sharing or download feature is controlled by you and is not an automatic disclosure by NeuroBlossom Media or Breakthroughs NOW LLC.

Apple and App Store Information

Apple may independently process information associated with downloading, purchasing, updating, diagnosing, or using apps under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies. Apple may provide developers with aggregated or de-identified App Store analytics and, depending on your settings, diagnostic or crash information. Breakthroughs NOW LLC does not control Apple’s collection or processing. Please review Apple’s privacy disclosures and your device analytics settings for more information.

Contacting Us

If you contact us at support@neuroblossommedia.com, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, name, support request, and attachments. We use that information to respond, provide support, protect the app and its users, and comply with legal obligations. Please do not email sensitive health information.

Retention and Deletion

Locally stored information remains on your device until you delete it through an available app control, reset the relevant preference, or remove the app, subject to any copies retained in your device backups. Because Breakthroughs NOW LLC does not receive this local information, we cannot retrieve or delete it for you. Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Security

We design the app to limit data transmission and rely on security protections provided by Apple’s operating system for local storage. No storage method or security measure can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device access controls, passcodes, account security, and backups.

Children’s Privacy

The NeuroBlossom app is intended for users age 16 and older. Breakthroughs NOW LLC does not knowingly receive personal information through the NeuroBlossom app from anyone under 16. If you believe a person under 16 has sent personal information to us in a support communication, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Your Choices and Rights

You can choose what information to enter, delete individual check-ins using available app controls, disable notifications, and remove locally stored app information by deleting the app, subject to device backups. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights concerning information that a business holds about you. To submit a request concerning information held by Breakthroughs NOW LLC, contact support@neuroblossommedia.com. We may need to verify your request. Because we do not receive your locally stored app information, we cannot access, export, correct, or delete that information on your behalf.

International Use

If you contact Breakthroughs NOW LLC from outside the United States, the information in your communication may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app develops or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when an updated policy is published. When required by law or when a change is material, we will provide notice in the app and request acknowledgment of the updated policy.
